Job description

Job: Project Manager – Software Development
  • Lead and manage software development projects for clients across various industries
  • Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes and ensure best practices in project execution
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and software development processes
 

  • Person:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within software development
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience leading technical teams and managing software projects end-to-end
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Relevant higher education (Bachelor’s degree or higher)
  • Fluent in Norwegian (C1 level minimum)
  • Must be able to obtain security clearance
